Hi guys and gals, new to site. I'm in Pa using a charcoal/wood brinkman. I do wood turning so I save my fruit wood scraps and live on 10 acres all hardwood so a lot of hickory smoking. I've tried everything in it I could. Came to the site looking for recipe for smoked oysters, and of course found one so can't wait to try it.
