Hello, my name is Andy.  I'm in the Air Force and currently stationed at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls MT.  I am currently smokin with a Char Broil offset smoker.  So far I've smoked a pork tenderloin, ribs, and some whole chickens.  I've had the issue of getting my heat up and staying up.  I snooped around on here and found a few good ideas that im gonna try before I smoke again.  Any more ideas and help would be much appreciated.  I've loved this place so far and only seeing it get better.

thanks,

Andy
