I'm a newbee so be kind.  My older brother has been smoking for years and I have always been interested, but this past Christmas I finally broke down and did it.  I bought a

Brinkmann 852-7080-e Gourmet Grill Smoker (Charcoal).  So far I have done spare ribs, atomic turds, and chicken breasts stuffed with various items.  This weekend I'm doing my first butt.  I live just out side of Memphis.  I look forward to learning all of your vast knowledge.
