Hi everyone, new to the forums. I just received the Brinkmann vertical smoker for Xmas and have been looking in on the forum. Great info here and stuff I would have never thought of. I am sure you will be hearing from me here and there with questions. So far I have smoked a full chicken and on another day i did chicken thighs. Going to attempt a small brisket flat this weekend my wife picked up. One goodness I will have to miss out on is pork. I married a Jewish girl and she keeps a kosher household so no pork for me, I have to get my pork fix when we eat out.
