OK, I posted in a brisket thread before introducing myself, but that's how I roll. Just joined, love this site already. Found it by Googling smoked chicken bites, which I'll be making tomorrow.

I started way back when smoking ribs on a gas grill, which came pretty good. In fact, I still do country ribs like that when I don't have half a day to tend a fire. Then about 12 years ago I picked up a New Braunfels Oklahoma Joe. Shoulders, cheese, brisket, chicken, salmon...life is good. Looking forward to exchanging ideas here.

welcome to SMF lots of info and great people as well.. Have fun and Happy smoking

First off welcome to SMF there Rich. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or you can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
