OK, I posted in a brisket thread before introducing myself, but that's how I roll. Just joined, love this site already. Found it by Googling smoked chicken bites, which I'll be making tomorrow. I started way back when smoking ribs on a gas grill, which came pretty good. In fact, I still do country ribs like that when I don't have half a day to tend a fire. Then about 12 years ago I picked up a New Braunfels Oklahoma Joe. Shoulders, cheese, brisket, chicken, salmon...life is good. Looking forward to exchanging ideas here.
