Finally got around to joining after lurking for nearly 2 years.  Very fine & informative community here.

Used an offset CharBroil for about 4 years and recently had to downsize to an MES.  Still trying to dial it in - had ribs pretty much down to a science with the offset but still trying to match it with electric.  Oh well, it's all good!
