To let you all know a little bit to me. I grew up on a farm \ ranch in NE but now live in CO in an apartment. So I have limited space for a grill and a smoker but have some plans for turning my little propane grill into a multi purpose grill \ smoker! Looking forward to sharing it with everyone here.

Hi BeauBQ,

I also live in Colorado.  I'm at the foothills west of Denver at 5800 ft. elevation.  It seems to me that smoking here is somewhat different than in Houston and loser elevations.  What is your experience?

It might be the dryness, lower air pressure, or maybe temperature swings.  Would like to hear yours and others' thoughts.  Thanks.

Cliff
