So I'm building a cold smoker, in Canada, I know, I know,,, have at'er boys,

I started my build yesterday, my first vacation day off in 2 years, when the crew at work asked where I was going, I told them what I was going to do,

I think, they think I'm crazy, I'm far from it - KB

:welcome1:

Cold smoking is a great way to stock the frig with some really good food, and sometimes, at a fraction of the cost if you paid retail for it.

Feel free to ask questions and jump in to some conversations.

When you have a chance, give us some specifics on your build and your plans for it.

Welcome to the site KB.

Cold smoking in Canada seams like a perfectly logical plan to me.  I have to wait for cool /cold weather to cold smoke.

Like CB says, "Post up some smoker pic's when you get a chance".

Hi All, thanks for having me,

It's Day 4 and I'm almost done fabrication, it took me 2 day's to over engineer the roof and base, mission accomplished!

I found out, I'm not exactly the best carpenter, hence why I'm in the printing business, but it has been quite an experience to get this far and I'm excited to share the results with all, I'll be sure to take plenty of pics and and share the build with any who are interested,

Thx - KB

Perfect time of the year for cold smoking

I'm in..
