If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per Jeff in Rule #11. Not that you have done anything wrong....just a little bit of FYI for new members!

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!

  10. Welcome Out Smokin....

I Joined over a year ago and admitted I was a clueless beginner and not only did I want to learn how to turn out good quality smoked meat.....  but........... I also admitted that I really wanted to show up my Brother in law who was looked at as the smoker king of the family. [IMG]          It didn't take long and I was turning out some good meat and I think I had him a little worried there for a while. Then I made the mistake of sharing this forum with him and now it looks like my hopes of taking his " Family Smoker King"  title away probably ain't ever gonna happen [IMG]......

By the way I enjoyed the visit Saturday ..........

  11. Sorry i didn't remember ur username i wish i could say good things about ur smoked meat but for some reson you never seem to want to let me sample it so i can't say much hope you learn something from here. we had

fun Saturday watching the wind and rain with you and my sister
