Im an avid bbq-er. Wife bought me a OK joe Highland. Not the best but enough for me to start smoking some meat. Learning quite a bit about modifying it on this forum to get it to smoke some decent meat. Looking forward to seeing what you guys can help me out with or me helping you out.

Hey welcome! Just came back from vacationing in L.V.! Hot! Didn't have any BBQ while we were there. We did find a great Mexican place called La Comida, off 6th a few blocks south of Fremont. The queso fundidos, and the elotos asados, so good! The smokey mescal cocktails, yumm! Nice hole in the wall!
