Hellllllooooo from Moline IL

Names Kris.been smoking meats for about 9 years now went from a WSM to a side box stick burner to a custom built pellet grill. I,m currently in the middle of building a Stumps clone. Still working my way threw the various cooking methods to find that perfect smoke. I have been thinking of taking the leap into some competition.Smoking Meats forum looks like the place I need to be to find all the help I could ask for.

Welcome to the Forum. I'm from around Cedar Rapids IA here but I frequent Moline and Rock Island because I've got buddies that live over there. One of which shares the smoking obsession.

With 9yrs of experience you may find yourself dealing more advice than receiving. But there are plenty of guys on here with really great advice on both cooking and building. You've definitely come to the right place!

the stumps clone is coming off the laser today but here is a pic of my pellet smoker I built.racks are not in but you get the idea.
