Heavy smoker

My name is Martin I live in Beamsville Ontario. I started smoking about a year and a half ago and I can't quit. I started with a water smoker /charcoal type and found it impossible to monitor. So I bit the bullit and bought a bradley fully programmable digital smoker. Very nice indeed

Propane or Electric seem to be the way to go. Easier to control. I opted for Propane due to it's being able to reach higher temps.
