I brought my pencil, gimme something to write on! ^^^ (Can tell me where that one is from - title and this first line?) Anyhow, been smoking up a storm, just not always around for forum stuff, I come and stalk a little here and there for some idea's and refreshers. Figured I'd say hello at least, everyone here has always been cool and nice Was looking around as I got a couple small pieces of pork bellies to smoke with a whole chicken tomorrow, but didnt really see anything pertaining to minor 150g pieces. I never see these huge pieces I found in my search up here in Canada.. I think I may just hit em at a high temp and dice them into a smoked Mac And Cheese to go with the Chicken, which I'll do with a Montreal Dry Rub. Here are a few recent photo's, one from a party I threw in May, had both smokers and the BBQ going, and one from Sunday, I smoked some ribs, memphis style for Fathers day, 3/2/1 styles.
