Yo mates!!
I think Ingle's is a local southern grocery chain but I was in a local store in the Atlanta area yesterday and bought 12 boston butts at .88/lb. (That's all they had.) I'll call on a few other stores tomorrow. If you have a freezer, it can be a really good deal. Love that pulled pork!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are lucky enough to have a Resturant Depot near you they always have boston butts for .88 a lb and some times less too.

Jeez. Up here in Bellingham, WA (think Canadian border), I don't think I see less than 1.49lb and that's at Costco! Lucky

Here in Central IL- Kroger has that same sale a few times every summer.

At 88 cents/lb. you can REALLY feed an army for very little...

I have had some that I kind of lost in the shuffle in the past and had been in for over 6 months and were just fine.

Here in Arizona I saw them today at our Basha's store for 88 cents a lb.

Is there any where else someone in the PA area can get Butt for a decent price? Never see any at Sams and have to order through a butcher, which is getting way too expensive.

Yup, There's a Restaurant Depot in Philly.
Join the KCBS online. Once you get your card, take it to RD and they will give you one of their cards.
$.88/lb butts and I grabbed a brisket the other day for $1.75/lb

You'll really like their meat selection. The walk in refrigerator (at least in our store) is the size of a small grocery store. Every cut of meat you can imagine.
