Hello to all,

I am Hawgwild (Jeff) from Corbin, Ky. I have been on the MIM and the Memphis Barbecue Network for several years and am getting ready next month to open a BBQ to go place. I have been smoking on my new 38 foot smoker built by David Klose in Houston,Tx.I hope to gain ideas and info on smoking different meats other than the pork shoulder, baby backs and whole hogs.  I like to do brisket but always trying different rubs. Also like to try smoking vegetables in rice or something on the smoker. So the BBQ scene is truly what I like doing and like to try and experiment new recipes from around the country.

Nice smoker    Dave builds some mighty fine smokers, even before smokers were as popular as they are now
