Good looking loin! How did you prepare it? Hawaiian loin sounds tasty.

We injected it with pineapple juice. The rub was brown sugar paprika onion powder cumin garlic powder and a dash of cinnamon just to see what would happen. We put it on the smoker around 250 and smoked it to 145 internal temp. We used apple and hickory wood mix. Topped it with chunks of pineapple for looks and a dash of flavor for what the wife was looking for.

I want to try this, I haven't done a lot of injecting though. How many ozs/lb should I inject?
