Al here, from North Alabama. My wife got me a nice present last fall: a Char Broil Silver Smoker. Love the thing, it's a lot more easier to use than my old vertical 55 gallon barrel.
My specialty is Fred Flintstone beef ribs, pics enclosed. I have now have a total of two smokes with 4 briskets in the last three weeks, thank god, no one's died yet.
Just scored some free firewood, hopefully maple and oak, check out my plea for help in the wood forum.
