Great site and great information! I'm a newbie to smokin'.... but it's been a ton-o-fun so far.  I'll be doing this for a long, long time.  Based in southeast Nebraska.... where we get every imaginable form of weather God can throw at us.  Bought myself a CharGriller Kamado about six months ago.  After the usual simple cuts of meat.... I knew I was hooked when the "Thanksgiving Turkey" came out absolutely perfect.  So.....So far so good!  No real complaints.  Like most things... if you take good care of your smoker... your smoker will take care of you!
