Been smoking for about 3 years on a Master-forge gill. I have turned out some not so good Q and some what I consider ( to my liking ) very good Q. I have learned the hard way about temp control with this leaky unsealed thing, but think I have a good knowledge base on temp control. Well to my Friends I am known as Bubba so feel free. I live in SO,CA and love the whether that allow me to smoke very often. See pic of the old leaky grill I call a god send for teaching me temp control, Patience and finesse.
