    Well Happy New Year to all. Today I want to start it right I am doing my first ever smoked glazed ham, so also while smoking got a few brats and burgers to make it even better to last the week for lunches etc. I do hope you all have a very joyfilled new year, let tehsmokng begin

    Everything came out good not to keen on the ham it was good a little too much smoke taste not enough honey glaze. Oh well love trying. Brats rocked out as well.
