I just threw some rub on some ST. Louis ribs going to give them a good smoke tomorrow in the Masterbuilt electric smoker so figured I share a pic. I am experimenting with a new store bought rub called Sweet rub of mine on one slab and famous dave's rib rub on the other slab since the wife loves that rub for some reason.
