Thank you for the welcome. The pulled pork turned out great. It was only my second time smoking. I used a finishing sauce found on this forum. But instead of using all cider vinegar I used a combo of cider and Italian white wine vinegar. Even my picky kids loved. This forum is a great tool for novices like me!!!!
