Hey guys so I am doing pretty big smoke in a couple hours when I get off work at 7am.
I am smoking a turkey, chuck roast and two pork shoulders. Or what I thought is a pork shoulder my roommate bought me to smoke for pulled pork. So I think it is a leg for what is used to make ham if I cured it. So my question is if I smoke it and pull it will it turn out like a regular pulled pork? Or should I pick one up at the store on the way home from work? I get off work in 2 and 1/2 hours so If anyone could suggest something soon id aprishiate it. Thanks all!

If it has not been cured, Go for it Smoke it like a butt and it will pull.

Some folks cut the skin off to allow smoke penetration .

 Show us some qview!

Cool thanks a lot eman! I did cut the skin off last night and rubbed it down with mustard and my rub. At the same time I threw the turkey into the brine. I will post some Q-view of everything as soon as possible. I have to say thank you to everyone on this forum because I have learned so much from ya'll have a good Monday. I know I will!
