I got these from Sam's a week ago.

    $2.14 a pound.

A good sear to render some fat for Carol.

Rubbed it with this. Ultimate Tailgate from Paul.

    Ready to go.

Did a 3 hour smoke. Sauced and foiled. Pulled 3 bones off for Carol.

Carol wanted some now, and not wait for the foil.

    Carol's snack.

I guess I forgot to get the last shot last night when I had some.

This is what is leftover for further consumption.

I like it all Paul, thanks again. I like the crunchy part of the sauce.

Looks mighty fine Ron. Great job. And 2.14 a pound? Man, that is a steal. I was hoping the swine flu would bring the prices down on BB's here, but no such luck yet. [IMG]

Swine Flu shocked pork prices in May and June. The Pork council has spent a lot of money advertising since then to educate the public that pork is fine. I doubt we'll see low prices again because of it.
