Hey guys, Always loved good meat in my mouth...er, that sounds wrong. Love grilling, grill pretty much every day I can in the summer (and sometimes in the winter) deciding to step it up to that next level and start smoking. My wife and I are building a house and it should have a nice covered porch along with a gas line run out to for a grill. I'm thinking of building a small smoker and putting it out there with the grill as well. After my quick research it looks like building a UDS would suit me nicely, but still lots of research to be done. It's hard to do too much research as I keep coming across pictures of brisket and boston butt that looks so freakin good. Can't wait to get started, but baby steps...gotta walk before I can run. Haha.
