Thanks for the invite I'm from the Eastern Shore of Maryland I have been smoking for many years but I'm always looking for new ideals and recipes. I've have had many charcoal smokers some home make and some I bought. I now mainly use a propane smoker. Looking forward to some chats I'm new at that game so be patient with me.
