..Nebraska Huskers that is..

I'm a noob to posting, but not the site, or smoking in general. I'd say that I have a good start on smoking, as I have several pounds of pork and poultry under my smoke ring/belt. Just got done with smoking a 15 lb pork loin and a 6 lb chicken a couple hours ago. MMmm good.

I'm 23 years old with a passion for cooking and anything doing with meat. In fact, I'm on my way to culinary school in August so I can start my own bbq/smoke shack/whatever the heck I want as long as I can cook.

Welcome to SMF. Cornhusker fans are always welcome. I would hope that Got14U would love to see the OU/NU day after Thanksgiving rivalary start back up again. Some of the best games in college football came from those days.

Good luck with the expanding of your smoking belt....mine is getting big with each item smoked.

First off welcome Gravey to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
