..Nebraska Huskers that is.. I'm a noob to posting, but not the site, or smoking in general. I'd say that I have a good start on smoking, as I have several pounds of pork and poultry under my smoke ring/belt. Just got done with smoking a 15 lb pork loin and a 6 lb chicken a couple hours ago. MMmm good. I'm 23 years old with a passion for cooking and anything doing with meat. In fact, I'm on my way to culinary school in August so I can start my own bbq/smoke shack/whatever the heck I want as long as I can cook.
