Had a little fun on Friday!

A little Q-view courtesy of some advice from this place. Just thought I would share. The shoulder took about 8 hours and the ribs took 6. Used my UDS and it worked like a dream or drum whichever you prefer.

Nice bark and smoke ring on the butt, that bone is barely hanging on from what I see. Just wish I could see the inside of them ribs.

Yeah, next time I will break a rib open for more effect. The bone didn't stand a chance. I agree with all the advice on pulling the pork, fingers are the best way!!!
