You know what... I think the mothers in your life would love it if you made them some BBQ chicken or turkey breasts for Mothers Day.

Since poultry benefits from high heat smoke, and the first smoke on your WSM will run a bit hot, its like a WIN WIN WIN combo for everyone!

Especially since setup out of the box it pretty easy!

A smoker also smells better as it ages too. At least mine does. Everytime I go out to the garage the sweet smell of smoke is out there... The new car smell only lasts for so long, or so I'm told anyways, I've never owned a new car.
