This is how I grill my steaks.. I buy a great cut of Ribeye app. 3/4 inch thick. I apply olive oil and my special blend of seasoning. About 1 tsp per side. I let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of days. I preheat the grill on high for 10 minutes getting the grill up to about 500 degrees. I then grill the steak for 2 minutes, rotate 90 degrees and grill another 2 minutes. I turn the steak over and grill 2-3 minutes. I take the steak off the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. I then apply a couple of pats of my herbal butter, let melt and serve.
