Decided to do some Chicken Thighs  Brined them for about 6 hours then a little EVOO and Tony's then on the grill at 275 º

Got out my AMNPS and put some Pitmasters Choice in it and fired it up.

Sat it on the opposite end of the grill

After Chicken was about 80 % done I dunked each thigh in a mixture of Sweet Baby Rays and some Sriracha  ( Kicked it up a notch.)

After about 10 min dunked them again, then another 5 or 6 min.

Wife made some German Potato Salad  and that's supper

Just a note:  I use my AMNPS like this all the time Never have any problems at all

This thing is Great!!!

Thanks for taking a look

Gary, the chicken looks good and I like the AMNPS  idea ,I will have to try that for a smoky grilled burger this summer.

I really do love this idea and it's a great way to smoke food when using someone else's grill or on a trip or whatever. Wish I had this idea last summer. Rented a beach house with my family and I brought one of my smokers with me. It had a weber gas grill that I could have set up like your picture. haha My wife was not happy with that smell in the truck on the way home... I thought it was glorious.

Nice , Gary . Thanks for the look . Now to get MY AMNPS out and start using it again.
