Grilled top sirloin Montreal

    I cut up top sirloin into 3 pieces, covered with Montreal steak seasoning and coconut aminos (daughter is allergic to soy sauce )

    Marinated for 3 hrs

    Heated up grill, took steak out of fridge for 1/2 hr

    Oiled lower cast iron grate on my BGE and seared for 3 mins each side

    Placed on upper grate to finish cook, flipping once after 6 mins

    Last 5 mins covered in butter until IT reached 155

    Pulled off and let sit for 5 mins before eating

    Looks tasty! But man an IT of 551!!!!! 😝

    Great looking meal! I'm going to try the coconut aminos, I've never heard of it? Does it have soy like flavor?
