Fried some bacon, chopped it, added some mushrooms, garlic, chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs then rolled the mixture in a filet-ed tenderloin. Grilled it on med-high and served a great meal with some fried sweet potatoes, apples, and onions. Topped the tenderloin with a lemon zest/parsley olive oil.

BRAVO I love this dish and I will steal it. I like the stuffing combinations and I bet it tasted really yummO to.
 
Love stuffed pork tenderloin.  I normally cover it with apple and onion slices, a bit of cinnamon and bake it in the oven but yours looks delicious.  Thanks for the Qview!
