Grilled stuffed portabella mushrooms

    With so many in-season tomatoes available these were a must.

    Ideally I would start with perfect concave portabellas , not flat, but after going thru 3 cases at Costco I made it out with just about half within "specs".

    Trimmed and wiped with wet paper towels.

    Topped with a mixture of cream cheese+butter+fresh dill, sliced olpaka tomatoes

    Slivered garlic then Seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.


    Grilled with BBQ lid down until they turn in a delicious mess

  2. Looks GREAT! when in season I grill a lot of mators and shrooms.
