Grilled Ribeyes w/ Tatonka Magic Dust

    With all the smoking, the bacon, the hams, the sausage and boudin and everything else I tend to forget my life long favorite food a good grilled steak! You add a baked potato with copious amounts of real butter and more salt that you should eat all day long to balance the plate so it doesn't turn overl. The salad is incase someone who really cares happens to drop by....LOL.

    Rubbed down with the magic dust!


    Does that look good or what? I just ate all that and looking at the picture I would at least attempt to do it again......I know, I am little pig. Just don't expect me to bend over and squeal!


    I've said before, Pop turns 90 this year, he likes his steaks fried in grease after being floured. He's 90, if he's got this far what doctor can say what he eats is wrong. LOL..... Well he's decided he now like his ribeyes grilled with Tatonka Dust. Oh he'll lap one up that is fried, Like Zinter's Daughter in San Angelo, but he doesn't pass up on a grilled steak now with Tatonka.

    If you have not tried it, you'll like it. Its different!

    No, its not a commercial, its just an outstanding steak!

    Where's my Buddy Bear? Brian? Disco, Wood, etc etc etc.....

    Foamheart, most excellent lookin meal and steaks look so good I seriously tried lickin my iPad to see if that would work for a taste. It did not work but my wife looked at me kinda funny and rolled her eyes. LOL :laugh1: seriously nice job and gotta find out where ya get that seasoning. Justin (WHB)

    We are all friends..... can you believe that you could show up to a pit with smoke coming out the stack and not be welcomed?

    That Dust is pretty good stuff, I had just put it up in my "secret" spice box and just remembered tonight when I looks at those steaks! The Magic Dust is different, and its gwad awful ugly, but it sure wakes a steak up.

    In my smoking, curing and learning, I had completely forgotten about the old standards for good food. I was embarrassed eating that steak I completely inhaled it then I went after the potato too! You'd have thought I was what my Pop always referred to as a little heathen! LOL  Course the little part ain't too correct anymore.

    Nice work on grilling a one heck of nice looking rib-eye FH, and great to hear your liking the flavor of the Tatonka Dust seasoning!

    I'm here, Kevin. The missus has pointed out that we need additional renos to go with our new windows so I haven't had much of a life.

    I have been working hard enough that I deserve a steak like this one. It looks great!

    Tell Pop to keep eating steak. It will drive the doctors nuts.

    Thank you.... Once I started using the dust I decided it just got better and better.
    Dang I was wondering if you'd run off to some Mexican resort to sit out the winter.

    That steak and potato was just perfect, I don't care much for beef especial steaks but it was good!
