Pork chop marinade:
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 heaping tbsp of sambal oelek chili paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
I grilled these over mesquite lump charcoal at medium-high heat for about 10mins.
All done, and delicious!
I served the chops with grilled asparagus, which I topped with some smoked Gorgonzola I had laying around. Quick and easy dinner.
