I had originally planned to grill up some chicken thighs with some homemade rub, but decided to do something different. I marinated the deboned thighs in my carne asada marinade for 4 hours, then grilled them up. We happened to have fresh handmade tortillas on hand, so here they are, one with salsa verde and one with salsa roja:

Great looking feast Mooseman - love the salsa and tortillas

Great way to make use of the chicken thighs. Homemade corn tortillas are looking nice, you are one luck person.

Actually, I didn't, a friend brought them over from a taqueria...however, I do have some great salsa recipes if you want to PM me.

DAMN IT, Moose!
Why ya got to go and post something like this after I had soup for dinner?

Anything with ASADA! after it is my kinda chow!
