Grilled Boneless ChickenThighs Thighs are Trimmed and Bones removed. Melted Butter, Salt and Pepper is added. A few are left untrimmed with the bone intact and rubbed on my Pork Rub Onto the Grill they go. Fired up the IR Rotisserie burner. I tried removing the skin on a few and scrape some of the fat and replace the skin, this was too much trouble, so I just trimmed the heavy fat on the sides and pulled the skin tight. I need to play around with this a bit more on the smoker as well as the grill.
