Hello all from the beautiful campus of East Carolina University, Home of the Pirates. I am one notch above just learning, from hovering over family members over the years of pork butts and smoked chicken. In going off to college i have invested in a the GOSM propane smoker. In a little over an hour i will be putting a pork loin on.
