I'm a newbie to the smoking world. I have an Analog 30" MES. I've recently ordered the Amazen pellet smoker because I hope see a smoke ring around my food. It's on the way and I'm excited. I'm a Nebraskan living in SW Missouri. Go Big Red I look forward to smoking brisket, ribs, pork in all it's forms, chicken, turkey, basically anything I can get my hands on. I also want to get into cold smoking. I look forward to learning from all the expertise here on this board.
