    I'm a newbie to the smoking world.  I have an Analog 30" MES.  I've recently ordered the Amazen pellet smoker because I hope see a smoke ring around my food.  It's on the way and I'm excited.

    I'm a Nebraskan living in SW Missouri. Go Big Red

    I look forward to smoking brisket, ribs, pork in all it's forms, chicken, turkey, basically anything I can get my hands on.  I also want to get into cold smoking.  I look forward to learning from all the expertise here on this board.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
