Greetings from Jupiter, Fl! Been lurking on this site for a few weeks and decided to take the plunge and sign up. Have really enjoyed soaking up all the knowledge and insight on this forum. Looking forward to stepping up my BBQ game. Bought a BGE 8 years ago but got away from it for the last few years. Going to dust off some of the cobwebs tomorrow with some smoked wings using Jeff's pecan honey recipe. Also planning on doing some ABTs for the first time. Really looking forward to doing some cured pork bellies when I get my sea legs back.
