Nice place to go to. I use a Bradley smoker and my charcoal grill for all my smoking needs. If I hot smoke, it's generally the grill, but for more controlled smoking, it's the Bradley. I am always on the look out for a new cooking method or gizmo. The Bradley, I bought from a discount store for 10% it's full retail, so I had to. LOL

I look forward to exchanging ideas, recipes and conversations here. I hope I fit in. I am a retired business owner and have been in the food and beverage business as well as farming most of my life. Now I have the time to more fully develop what I love most...FOOD!

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and cool day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Hello Gary S

Funny you wrote. I just finished mixing up an oversized batch of my Margarita Chicken rub. I may well be making that for many years to come in the hopes of using all the powdered tequila I had to buy to make it. I'll return and check out more of your link after I finish this note.

Welcome! You picked a great place to come to for inspiration, advice, and to post your stuff!

Thanks bauchjw. I've already looked at a bacon recipe I want to try. Once I find a bit more free time, I will offer up some of my excess spices and stuff. I bought 5lbs of tequilla powder for instance. I developed a Margarita Chicken rub, but the smallest amount of tequila powder I could buy was 5lbs. One ounce will make enough for a years worth of rub. LOL

Sounds good! I look forward to it!
