Good Morning from the hills of West Virginia. My name is Kevin and I'm just getting starting in the world of BBQ. I recently became a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge and am looking forward to judging my first competition this summer. I hope to compete in a competition next year. Eventually I want to launch a BBQ catering business.

Currently I'm cooking on a Masterbuilt propane smoker while I save the cash to purchase a 22" WSM. I started on a Modified Brinkman.

I'm looking forward to making some friends and learning from my fellow forum members.
