Hi all,

I'm really excited that I found this site, I was needing somewhere to get some quality answers from real people instead of all the quacks out there on youtube etc. I've been smoking and grilling for about 10 years and really started getting serious about it 4 years ago. I just bought a Traeger so I'm excited to fire that thing up when I get it next week. I hope to learn from you smoke veterans out there, you'll be hearing a lot from me very soon!
