Hi All!

My name is Dave and recently signed up!!!
I am from Royal Oak, Mi, just north of Detroit. Been smoking for about a year. I prefer smoking good cuts of beef. Ribs, Brisket, Chuck Roast, you name it. I have also take an interest in making my own rubs and sauces. In the spare time I enjoy watching the Tigers, RedWings and of course Meeechigan Football....Looking forward to checking out everyone's work and suggestions!!
