Hello everyone my name is Randy,  I consider myself a transplanted Texan having lived in Houston, Tx, since 1978. I love BBQ, and smoked meats of all kinds but have not done a lot of smoking myself until recently we just bought a Cajun Injector electric smoker and so far love it. I found the forum quite by accident while googling smoker explosion, and came across a  post by smay727 about smoker door blown off. I had a similar incident couple weeks ago only the top door hinge was blown out slightly leaving about a gap around the door seal.
