Well I have been wanting to buy a new smoker for a while now. I have been cooking on charcoal & propane as well as smoking with an old electric smoker. I almost bought a Trager from Costco and was ready to buy one at the local home show until I came across Rec Tec. I like all the added features and stainless steel, so I ordered one this morning. I have found some very helpful information on this board, so I think this will be a great resource. Thanks in advance for all the help.
