Hello,  I'm from Pensacola Fl and just recently started learning to use a smoker.  I bought a cheapo smoker from Academy but it's been giving me more trouble than I care for.  Really wanting to upgrade or build my own (maybe a smokehouse for hot smoking, not cold) so that's how I ended up here.....  Probably be dropping by the recipe threads as well.  I could use all the help I can get right now.  Lol.
