Greetings from the great white north

Hello all, by way of an introduction I'm Bumpkin. I'm in Orillia Ontario which is about 75-80 miles north of Toronto. I've been lurking the forum for awhile now and got some great advice and tips so I thought I'd finally sign up.
I use a char-griller with offset box and my newest tool (Christmas gift) an igrill2.
Currently taking advantage of the mild weather to do some ribs for Super Bowl snacks
That's about it, back to the smoke
